We have 07 days of return policy, within 07days you can return the product.

We accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Returns for any other reason, such as buyer's remorse or incorrect product selection, are not accepted.

Notification of Returns

Return Process

Once you receive authorization for the return, please pack the product securely in its original packaging (if available).Include a copy of the authorization along with the returned item.

Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.

Refund Criteria

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product(s) plus any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error. Refunds will be credited within [4-7] business days after we receive the returned item.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the a2zkart.in, it’ll take [4-7] Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.If the original payment method is unavailable, refunds will be issued via an alternative method agreed upon by the customer.

Replacements and Exchanges

We may offer replacements for damaged or defective products, subject to product availability.

Replacement of the product will be done within 4-7 days.

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7days of receiving the order. Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the resolution process.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7Days day's of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate action.

Resolution

We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.

Cancellations

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately (Within 1hr) after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

a2zkart.in does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
