Why  Is My Order Being Shipped In Different Packages?

If you have a multiple products ordered, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one is available at the fastest dispatch.Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages to prevent holding up your order and in-order to get delivered to you as soon as possible.

 How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders in India are typically delivered in around 4-7 working days, depending on shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). In some rare cases, it might take 2weeks, depending upon the product's availability. In parts of Jammu Kashmir and North East India, the delivery may take up to 10-15(Max in Worst Case) working days.

What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck Or Lost In The  Middle?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The delivery package service is out of our control. However, in such cases, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking ID.Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

What will happen if tracking details show a product delivered but the customer has not received it?

If you get the notification for the delivery of the order and have not received the product,please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and resolve it.After the mentioned timeline, it will be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses.
